These Terms of Use govern your use of Parcel — Package Tracker (the "App") and website operated by we ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Parcel is an iOS application that helps users track parcels, packages, and shipments by retrieving delivery updates from carriers and related service providers.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to:

  • Access, scrape, or monitor systems in an unauthorized way
  • Interfere with App functionality or abuse infrastructure
  • Use the App for fraud, phishing, or other illegal activity

3. Tracking Data and Accuracy

Delivery information is provided by carriers and third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of shipment updates. Carrier statuses and estimated delivery times may change.

4. App Store and Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription ("Parcel Pro"). Subscription billing is handled by Apple through your Apple ID account.

  • Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

5. Intellectual Property

The App, website, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. Carrier names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification/reference purposes.

6. Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business resulting from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
